When starting road or parking lot construction, the top 12 to 24 inches of the ground needs to be prepared. Removing rocks, stones, and roots is important to the solidity of the ground. Also, to help with the stable base, drainage is super important. To set the base, build inclines, and drainage ditches, a grader is the ultimate piece of equipment.
